Detailed information on Personal Data Protection Code according to Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

The Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 no. 196 is aimed to guarantee the treatment of personal data with regard to the fundamental rights, freedom and dignity of people.
In compliance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 the society MAC TUBI S.p.A. con socio unico as Data Controller is required to provide with the following information regarding the processing of personal data.

Personal data acquired directly or from other source in the business field are processed in compliance with the Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and with respect to privacy commitment.

Personal data – use and purpose

* technical and operational needs.

Data provision is not compulsory except when required by the law. The refuse to provide data can affect business relationship and prevent to fulfil accounting, legal or contractual obligations.
